- Strengthen your Tenant Vetting process: Since removing tenants will be much more difficult and potentially expensive, enhance and improve your reference checks, credit checks and guarantor requirements. Ultimately the quality and standard of your tenants should also improve.
- Ensure Proper Documentation: Maintain flawless records of rent payments, property conditions, communication with tenants, and safety certificates (gas/electrical) to support a Section 8 claim, making evidence for eviction easy to access if needed.
